How and When Your Product is Dispatched
We understand that when you make an order, you want your product as quickly as possible and we do our best to make that happen! A dispatch confirmation email will typically be sent within 1-2 business days of your order being processed.
Orders made from outside the U.S., are picked up from our facility in New York, by Fedex International Mail Service. Your package is then sorted and delivered to the postal system in your country. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery, some countries in the Orient or Down Under may require more time. (please be patient)
Order 3 initially and then reorder on the day you start your third container of cream.
